Being incharge of ordering uniforms for an office is not an easy task, but there are ways of making it easier. Tops come in hundreds of different prints, solids and contrast. Pants are not much better, they come in regular, petite, tall, straight leg, flair leg, boot cut or cuffed. Where do you start? Here are some tips to make your order a success.
1. Choose one brand: This may limit your choices, but it will increase the chance of your order being filled.
2. Order Group Prints: There are prints each brand has that have been designated as group prints. These prints are instock for a much longer time than seasonal prints.
3. Choose a uniform based on the hardest to fit employee: Why waste time looking at uniforms that will not fit everyone? If you have a tall employee, then go ahead and rule out all pants that do not come in talls. If you have a 3x employee go ahead and rule out any tops that do not come in 3x.
4. Need it fast, order basic: Stock levels are higher for solids than they are for prints. Most prints are seasonal. So if you need it fast order solids.
5. How to order seasonal: Early, Early, Early. The best time to order Christmas is in July.
We hope these tips help you with your next office order.
